Available reports
- Headcount: by team, location and employment type, over time.
- Turnover: starters and leavers, and how long people stayed.
- Leave liability: the hours and estimated dollar value of leave owed.
- Leave taken: by type and team.
The dashboard also has a Volunteering section (hours over the last 12 months). It only appears if your organisation's plan includes Community Impact, and it is built from the volunteering data HR has uploaded.
Filter and export
Use the filters at the top of each report. Click Export to download a spreadsheet (CSV) or PDF.
Who's included
Look at the chip at the top right of every Reports page:
- Whole organisation · n people: you're HR or an admin, so the numbers cover everyone.
- Your team · n people: you're a manager. Every number, chart and saved report covers only your reporting line (your direct reports and their teams). These are not company-wide figures.
If someone shares a saved report with you, you'll see the version for your own team, not theirs.
