Using PeopleTeam
You may use PeopleTeam for your organisation’s own people management. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping sign-in details secure.
You must not use PeopleTeam to break the law, to harm others or to attempt to access another organisation’s data.
Plans and payment
Plans are charged per person, per month, or per year at a discount. There is no minimum term. You can change plan or cancel at any time and the change takes effect from the end of the current period.
Your data
Your organisation owns its data. If you leave, you can export your records, and we will delete them once you ask us to, subject to anything the law requires us to keep.
Our responsibilities
We work to keep PeopleTeam available, accurate and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. PeopleTeam supports good practice; it is not legal advice, and you remain responsible for meeting your obligations as an employer.
