How is pricing worked out?
Per person, per month, for the people on your payroll in PeopleTeam. Add or remove people whenever you like and the next month follows.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term. Pay monthly, or save 15% by paying annually.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Move up when you want recruitment or performance and move down if you need less. Your records stay put.
Is there a charge for setting up?
No. We will help you bring your people in, and the guided Xero review means your payroll data lines up before anything syncs.
What about AI?
It is included in Full with a monthly allowance, and it is off until an administrator switches it on.
Do you store our people's tax, bank or super details?
No. Pay details go from your new starter straight to Xero and are held only in Xero, so PeopleTeam never keeps a copy. The same applies to payslips, which stay in Xero. This needs a connected Xero Payroll account.
Where is our data held?
In Sydney. Access follows role and is enforced in the database.
Is our data backed up?
Yes. Your data is backed up every day at no extra cost. If we ever had to restore, you would get back to the last daily backup, so up to 24 hours of changes could be lost. A shorter recovery point is available on request and is priced separately.
