What we collect
On this website we collect only what you type into our contact form: your name, email, business and message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Inside PeopleTeam, your organisation decides what it records about its people. We process that information on your organisation’s behalf and under its instructions.
Who can see it
Access inside PeopleTeam is limited by role. Employees see their own records, managers see their team, and HR and administrators see what their role requires. Every organisation’s data is kept apart from every other organisation’s.
A small number of trusted service providers help us run PeopleTeam, for example hosting and email delivery. They process data only to provide that service.
AI features
AI drafting and candidate review are switched off until an administrator turns them on. When used, content is sent to our AI provider to produce the result and is not used to train models. We keep a log that records that a request happened, not what was in it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. For information held by an employer, we will direct you to the organisation responsible. Contact us any time.
