Your team on Home
As a manager, Home adds a Your team section. Click anyone in it to open their profile. It has:
- who’s away today and this week
- upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries, if your people have chosen to share them
- check-ins waiting for your reply
- Missing details: how many people in your reporting line have incomplete records. Click it to see who and what's missing. See Find and fix missing details.
Reply to check-ins
- Open a check-in from Home or Performance → Check-ins.
- Read the answers and add your reply. Be specific and supportive.
- Click Send reply. Use it as a starting point for your next one-on-one.
Follow goals
Performance → Goals has a My team filter. Goals that haven’t been updated in 30 days are highlighted.
What you can see
You can see work details for the people who report to you, directly or further down. You can’t see pay or bank details unless you also have HR or payroll access.
